Faces in the wreckage: Mr P

This is Mr P who has the honour of cleaning up after us at the end of each coffee fuelled, paper strewn, kleenex grabbing day in our corner of the NHS. You could call him a character because he is. It doesn't matter if you are the Chief Executive or the most junior admin person, he will still whisk your mug away at the end of the day and ask after your health, and give you the benefits of his unique philosophy. He supports Luton Town and says it as it is.

Not sure what Mr P will do in April 2013 but chances are he will still have people to clean up after, just a good chance it won't be us.

Anyway, a better day today having got past my worst deadlines. The sunny weather is getting people in the mood for spring. Went out for a quick coffee with Mrs St Roud and bought some bread on the market.

Feel very good about having a day off tomorrow - looking forward to London in the sun with TSM.
