Latte Roses

So yesterday, while at work, someone (presumably a customer) sent me roses. Whoa!
The card read, "Thanks for a great latte this morning." That's it, anonymous.
I would like to thank the responsible party, as it absolutely made my day and also reminded me of what I'm supposed to be providing to every customer: individual attention consistent quality.
I was great to know that I make a difference and am appreciated, even if it is just for making kick-ass coffee.
Back at work today, the flowers from yesterday really shifted my focus from "tasks" to "experiences."
So thank you, Anonymous Starbucks Customer. Thank you very much :)
