These Boots Were Made For (Dog) Walking.

My old boots have been increasingly marginal for a little while. The soles are almost smooth and lacking in any real grip in snow or mud. When cleaning them last night I discovered that the soles were beginningn to split from the uppers. So, as we were planning to pop up to the shops in Stirling, I decided to have a trawl round the outdoor stores. Result, one new shiny pair of boots and a free walking pole. That's me happy for a while!
