Prince's Dock Landfill

Where Duffy is standing used to be one of basins of Prince's Dock. When container ports rendered the dock useless, it was filled in and eventually became part of the 1988 Garden Festival site.

Since then there have been various plans to develop the land, but nothing concrete has emerged. I read somewhere that the ground is unstable/difficult due to the unknown nature of the stuff that was used as landfill.
