First of Spring

We usually have daffodils in the house in the spring, and these are first of this year.

This evening we went to the Lyceum to see "The Marriage of Figaro", which was excellent. It's not, as one might imagine from the title, an Opera. It's a play based loosely on the classic, but re-imagined in the boardroom of a Scottish bank in a post-crash world. Very funny, although some of the humour is cheap shots at bankers which wear a little thin.

Earlier I took my bike to get serviced based on a blip recommendation - hopefully this man will have it as good as new in no time...
