Will Vinson's Promises Band

To the Jazz Club this evening for the stunning New York band, Will Vinson's Promises. Not only was there saxophonist, Will Vinson, but the band also featured, as special guest, Aaron Parks on keyboard - and for any of you who know your jazz, that's quite some line up!

It was a great evening and Oxford was honoured as this was the band's only UK date outside London and they seemed really pleased to be here.

The acclaimed saxophonist Joshua Redman has said that whenever he hears Will Vinson playing he feels inspired, humbled and terrified, with that from one of the jazz greats, what more can I say?

Will Vinson is back in the UK in April touring with the Joanthan Kriesburg Group, for those of you in this part of the world, I can only say, check them out!
