Harking back to Humbie

Since moving to Kinghorn, I've only been back to Humbie woods once.

This is where I used to walk the dog everyday when I lived in Aberdour and I miss it so much and I was driving past after a meeting and the dog was in the car, so we went for a long walk and it was so nice to be back.

All our 'paths' and 'routes' are now totally overgrown - so we made a pact that from now on we'll go every Friday as an end of week treat.

It was late in the afternoon and the sun streaming through the leaves was just magical. Not sure this photo does it justice to be honest.
