Rising Mist

The day has been warm and sunny so the mist is rising from the river tonight. The effect is strange and spooky, I love it! I wish I could get better pictures, I will get a 'nice' camera one day :-) but for now my point and press will have to do! I am learning so much through taking shots for here and more about what I see and what I can get pictures of.
The mist is rolling in through the forest behind my garden from the river beyond. It is out the front too and is gradually wrapping the house in a blanket of mist, isolating us from our neighbours and the outside world...
