Autographs

Stam1na- gigs/events are over for now. They were well worth the money and effort. Saturday's first gig at 5 P.M. didn't have an age limit so most of the audience was quite young. The audience for a large part was quite bland and a lot smaller in numbers compared to the two adults-only gigs which were both sold out. Nevertheless, the band gave a typically energetic performance.

Little after 7 P.M. we had the meet-and-greet moment with the band. There were maybe about 20 participants in addition to the band, including Antti and I. First it was mostly just chilling on couches and talking about whatever subject came up, with the band members signing CDs (including mine, a detail of it pictured here - everyone signed their autographs over their own picture in the CD booklet and some added a few details over other member's photos) and other stuff at the same time. There was also a competition where the one fan who jumped the highest got a free T-shirt. There were four participants and the band voted the winner. I did not participate. The meeting ended with group photos (including a few pictures with all the participants and the band on the Kerubi stage - taken with my camera). Overall it was a very nice experience.

After the meet-and-greet Antti and I came back to my place for about an hour to take a breather. The last gig started at 10 P.M. It was very good. We stayed at Kerubi after the gig and I got some more related photos.

So, overall, a satisfying, if a bit exhausting weekend.
