H is for Here comes that girl again

Aplha Ponty and famousmlocals in one blip today.
The title is paraphrasing the lead track on this Eurythmics LP. which is, as you know , Here Comes The Rain Again, but on such a sunny day I didn't want to take any chances.
The girl in question, ofcourse, is Aberdeen born, Annie Lennox.
Annie Lennox is famous as a member of the pop group The Eurythmics, which she fronted with Dave Stewart. Originally in a group called The Tourists and having had one hit single, they left to form the Eurythmics and spent much of the 1980s in the pop charts with hits such as Here comes the Rain Again, Sweet Dreams (are made of this), Love is a Stranger and Who's that Girl. The 1990s brought her two solo albums, motherhood and a reunion tour for the Eurythmics.

Lennox received an honorary degree from the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in 2006 and was awarded an OBE for services to charity in 2011.
Other notable Aberdeen music successes, of which there are few, are Big Jim Paterson from Dexy's Midnight Runners, Davie Flett, from Mandfredd Mann, whose hit song, " Davie's on the Road Again" was about him, and Billy Bremner, who was in Rockpile with Dave Edmunds , and was his guitarist on most of the tracks that he recorded.
Sandy Thom, although not from Aberdeen, comes from the North East also, and went to school in Aberdeen.
