Race for Life.

Another lovely day today in the city so I got up with J this morning and went for a run along the beach once he'd headed off for work. Not my best run but this is the beginning of the 8 week countdown to the Baker Hughes 10K - my first 10K. Eek!

Upon my return I discovered that the lovely postman had dropped off my Race for Life package in the mail. I imagine that most of you are aware of the Race for Life but for those who are not it is a sponsored walk, jog or run to raise money for Cancer Research. I will be running the Aberdeen 5K Race for Life this July. Sponsor me!
