Tree

I think that I will never see
A thing as lovely as a tree
For soon, as acid raindrops fall,
We won't have any trees at all.

I'm not normally a fan of the skeletal tree photo, but I've found it a great test for lenses. Although I've put all my SLR lenses through this at some point, I've never tried it with my compact so figured it was about time. Rather embarrassingly, in terms of its lack of colour seperation, it puts lenses costing three times as much as the entire camera in the shade!

This particular tree is outside the School of Veterinary Medicine where I'm spending a lot of time this week.
