A little friend

We were sitting on Sidmouth beach in the warm sunshine, chatting about nothing in particular, and after a while we noticed this little face smiling up at us. The small rock, or large pebble, was just there, at our feet.
No, we didn't take it home. Let's hope it smiled at someone else the next day!
