Day at the seaside

I've been reading some fine photobooks lately, so this photo is a nod to the work of Tony Ray-Jones, Vivian Meyer, and early Martin Parr, hence shot in mono.
You see allsorts of people on the seafront, all doing their own thing, an endless stream of possible people/street photographs. The little X10 is perfect for this.

It was a glorious day today, very summery particularly for March, but noy too hot. I'd be happy if the weather was like this all summer. All week will do for me, for now!
