Bake-off Week 3: Carrot Cake

I seem to have been recruited into being some kind of assistant in the office bake-off. This is OK by me. It mostly entails photographing, slicing and tasting various baked goods. This week was carrot cake week. Lots and lots of carrot cake. This wasn't the one I voted for, but it was the most photogenic.
