Two Hit and Run incidents in one day

I returned to my car to find the one in front touching mine. To my dismay when I reversed out, this other car started to roll backwards towards me. I had a split second to hit the gas and pull out sharpish. I looked back to see it smash into the next parked car further down the hill.
This evening I was cycling along Carlton Vale when I heard a car hit something with a loud crunching noise. A dark blue car sped past as I turned round to see a mangled bicycle in the road and the cyclist shouting (he seemed unhurt, but maybe it was the adrenalin keeping him upright). I chased after the hit and run driver but lost him near Maida Vale.
