The Project

I have been battling a bad shoulder from chronic overuse for a few years now. I managed to treat myself successfully early on with the exception of resolving eventual pain at night which has prevented me from sleeping through the night for years. Rock hard mattress and bed.... sold. New mattress and bed frame installation... underway.
