Sun over Edinburgh Castle

Another beautiful sunny day so I headed into town, it was a little weird to see Princes Street Gardens packed with people sunbathing while the trees still have no leaves and only a few in blossom.

Spring always sees Castle Hill covered in colour from daffodils but they are still not all out in full bloom, anyway I wandered up Castle Hill and took this shot late in the afternoon, I know it would never win any photography competitions, major lens flares and light/colour imbalance but I think it looks kind of cool.

P.S. If your looking for somewhere quiet to enjoy the sun in Edinburgh town centre, head up Castle Hill.
