Faster pasta with rocket and walnut pesto

I love turning the knobbly, unpromising looking celeriac into an appetising meal. A spiraliser will make instant pasta of it.

Rocket on the other hand is something I tend to avoid in any quantity as it's too bitter for my taste. However, I got a bag of it in my veg. box this week so I had to figure out a way to use it up. Half of it went into this pesto, mixed with walnuts and garlic.
