Tuesday: On A Shoestring

Spent the day in Ljubljana, Slovenia, attending some meetings.  I did, however, have the opportunity to have a bit of a look at the town.  It is really pretty.  And I mean REALLY pretty - almost a bit chocolate-boxey.  I am going to be up there quite a lot so you'll see more - for now, I was just a bit intrigued by these shoes.

Apparently, shoes displayed like this means you can get drugs nearby - but this does seem to be advertising the fact a bit heavily......

And the best thing about this visit?  My colleague took me to a bar where I could get a pint of real ale.!  It made me so happy.
