Lights in the Gloom

we've been lucky up here in north with a lot of sunshine during August.
so today i could quite easily accept a rainy day

the rose looks even more golden and shining
surrounded with the gloomy weather

and there's a good thing about this greyish day
to lie on the sofa
watching a good movie
listening to the sounds of the rain
and feeling extra warm under the blanket
