A Suffolk Eye

Hospital visiting

Today I took my daughter to London for a routine appointment at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery. Its a regular feature of our lives.

I hold the NHNND and all those who work in it in the highest regard and esteem. It is a wonderful place. They have transformed my child's life - and continue to do so - with dedication and expertise. And all in the most friendly, respectful and thoughtful manner.

But they don't make me laugh as much as I did when I came across this wall...

I waited for ages to see if an elderly nag in a pair of blue striped pyjamas might try and stick his nose out through the window

"Why the long face?"
