Crossing Theatre

This is the Crossing Theatre in Narrabri, NSW - probably the most impressive new building we have in our country town.
It was an $8 million complex housing a 1000 seat auditorium and 2 cinemas. Officially opened in July 2003, we have had plenty of entertainment come through - the most memorable for me being the visit from the Irish dancers "The Rivers of Ireland".
The name, the "Crossing Theatre" came about because of its location on the Narrabri Creek, adjacent to one of the first crossing points of this body of water.
