Tulips in Maxwell Park

So much colour to enjoy in the old Hamilton Memorial Fountain bed in Maxwell Park. I really like to play around with tulip displays. Interesting how the use of f/1.4 gives a kind of painterly quality to this image.

50mm lens, polarising filter. I can't get a faster shutter speed than 1/4000s with my 500D, but I keep dreaming ....
