The boss

Karen received good news today and so was easily persuaded to pose for blip (the large glass of vino may have helped too).

She's been doing an amazing job heading up her organisation on an interim basis and now takes over permanently, becoming chief exec.

Of course there's a worry she may get a big head now but we often have trouble getting her through doorways already so will be nothing new ;-)

Just joking, it is a good moment and we had a lovely celebration :-)
