Autumn afternoon on the river

Black shag (cormorant) drying it's feathers in the sun on an autumn afternoon.

Lots of gold light on the water, and leaves in the water, I liked this yellow one - although I nearly fell in to get it with the gold background (and you don't want to fall in that water!!)
