Spring blossom

Today is likely to be the last day of the warm spring weather, which has encouraged the cherry trees to blossom. They line the King Edward VII Avenue between Windsor and Datchet and look magnificent at this time of year. On the way home I stopped for a blip, with the blossom bathed in the softer evening sunlight and the blue sky providing a beautiful contrast.
