The war to end all war?

These are a fantastic resource, unfortunately they're not relevant for the essay that I'm currently writing which is about the definition of conflicts during the Napoleonic era.

People said that the Napoleonic Wars would be the war to end all war. And then they said it of the Great War.

It's funny how wrong people can be about things that matter.
