Homemade baked beans

I just made my kids day. Baked beans, for the first time since we started the GAPS diet.

Soak, drain, cook, rinse haricot beans.
Melt 1 tbsp butter and cook 1 chopped onion and 1 chopped garlic clove.
Add 6 deseeded large tomatoes, 1.5 tbsp honey and 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar.
Blend.
Add salt and pepper to taste, then pour over the beans and re-cook.

Viola!

GAPS friendly baked beans.
