Closed to all, but an artist

My short-cut bridge in King's Cross is now closed to the public, but this artist has managed to blag himself a spot. I saw him yesterday, too, but didn't have time to blip him so I was pleased to see him back today. Mind you, I still had to rush. I have a habit of leaving myself no time to catch my train. Hence some camera shake - blip and run!
