A message to you who missed the beach

A sunny day, an ice cream on the beach, and no Tim. He was in the Dojo all day again which was a shame, so I thought I'd say 'Hi' in pebbles and shells.

My ice cream was good. I bought it from Maroccos.

The music on my headphones was good, it was by Kurt Vile.

Now to roast something and find more protein to eat that doesn't include meat, fish or cheese.
