Brandy Snaps

Chez and I have been so busy today! Managed to plan our food for the next two weeks, order it from Tesco, do the ironing, clean the kitchen, wash the floors and have time to make Brandy Snaps!

These are a Mary Berry recipe and I must say that after making them I think she is a bit of a sadist! Rolling hot sugary brandy snap over a wooden spoon = burnt fingers! After 2 attempt's (1 tray burnt, 1 tray stuck to baking parchment - grease proof paper is a must!) the 3rd tray worked a treat!

We are very pleased with ourselves! :)
