Cleaned the house from top to bottom today. Felt great.

Paul and Sohana called round for coffee and cake this afternoon. They're such a lovely couple and their wee dog, Poca, is a total character :)

Don's now here and we're chatting about local events and ideas for committee stuff; making herbal things, teaching recipes to local gardeners etc.

We also made a great dinner; pork steaks with spuds, broccoli and fried apple. It was followed by apple strudel which Don brought by accident, not knowing about the appley pork. Amazing.
