The Winchester Bollards

Since publishing the City of London bollard on Friday I was reminded that I hadn't blipped the Winchester bollards back in situ

Here is the Mona Lisa out on the street. It is sponsored by Winchester BID and was painted by The Colour Factory

You first met her on 10 February when she was being repainted.

The blip of the garden will have to wait until the stones go onto the weed control membrane. The plants are in, both in the ground and in the planter. The path to the front door has been cleaned and the gaps between the bricks refilled.
