Apple Blossom Absolutely Stinks

I went about pruning the fruit trees today. I chopped out all the dead twiggy bits and the cross over branches, but after that I didn't really know what I was at. After a while I reckoned the only way was to go at it with confidence, so the trees are now a little bit shorter and much slimmer. We will have a lot less fruit this year but I have some lovely vases of flowers about the house. There is only one problem, I didn't know until now that apple blossom really stinks. Bees must have very different noses to us.
