DawgGal to the Rescue

The two parts of this blip are the same dog! With about 3 hours space in between :)
Our local dog trainer has a rescue program going where she takes on dogs from the pound, has them vet checked and 'fixed', and does some training with them in order for them to have some nice manners before rehoming them.
I offered her to clean-up dogs in need and this one here certainly needed it!
Hard to believe, seeing the picture on the left, that this dog is a Maltese!
It is quite hard to make these neglected dogs look acceptable and this one is certainly not up to my standard, but there is not much choice considering that I started with a clump of matted fur on legs ...
The best bit was, there were actually two dogs. The other one looked worse :)
