Nothing special but

Just enjoyed a night out with my team.

I do think that going for a drink does help loosen the conversation and help the ice breaking process. So it's nice to feel I'm more part of the team although I am the youngest that doesn't have any ability to conduct new business planning.

I like the level structure in this team even though this country tends to have a very hierarchical one. I just need to work hard enough to catch up an be part of the team as soon as possible.
