Contrast

I woke up so tired today and with a killer headache... I still managed to go for a run but had to lie down afterwards to shake the pounding in my head. Such is life!

Dad got home early from work, so we went for a walk up to the lake in Simon's Wood this afternoon. I really love our chats, they always manage to be about everything and nothing all at the same time.
