Peonies

Walked into town to sort out a new 'phone for son number two as a belated birthday present. After finding out that several shops only had the model he wanted in pink, we eventually found a black one in stock. Coping with mobile 'phone sales people is always a trial but we found a knowledgeable one who managed to move a number, change a plan and get everything sorted out.

The river was busy with some paracanoeists who were out on the Thames.

This tree peony looks very alien as it grows but has beautiful flowers. The buds are already forming and it should be in leaf soon.
