Armfeltintie 13

The villa designed by architect Onni Tarjanne was completed in 1911, The first owner was bank manager Georg Sidorow. He sold the house and land to Ines Gullichsen in 1918. Ten years later, the house was sold to a Turku-based indrustrialist Consul Edgar Gröndblom. He moved into the house in 1933 with his student son Sven.
After Consul Gröndblom passed away. his son Sven lived there with a housekeeper and chauffer/janitor, who had their apartments in the basement. Mr. Sven Gröndblom died 2006 and the house has been empty!
Finnish film " Dead man falls in love" from 1942 is described in this house. The fountain in picture is designed by the sculptor Viktor Jansson from 1935.
Does anyone 10 million euros to buy the building and restore the building to it`s lost glory? I am a bit short of cash at the moment...
