Picnic!!

Went to Katherine's today for coffee and to weigh myself! Yikes 2lb on in a week.

I joined weight watchers last year with Katherine. I also belong to a FB group and I get lots of support from the girls/divas. Some of us met today for a picnic in Bushy Park. Parveen got the train from Brighton and brought Alfie a very sweet dog she is looking after.
Rita drove from East London first time I met her she was really lovely.

Max, Zebedee, gulli, James, Zoe and Belle also present. What a bloody lovely day!!!! I came home feeling lucky this afternoon. Not sure if it's because I've just had a big birthday, but I'm really appreciating the simple things in life. X
