Judging the Scale of Achievements - We should always remember to judge ourselves by our own personal yardstick, it is all too easy to compare oneself to others and encourage a feeling of inferiority. It is important to remember ones own journey, remembering the things which we now have which but we maybe never thought we would achieve. Having had them now for so long they can easily become forgotten and merge with the monotony of the day to day.
