Harsh contrast

Well, today started well with gorgeous clear skies and ended with me grumpy and hot and tired. I think the haze/hot air/muggy-ness had somewhat to do with it. And I was achey sitting at my computer most of the day, I hope I've just slept on my back wrong rather than hurting myself by sitting wrong.
