Recipe to follow because I am cooking at the moment.
OK, back now.

500g minced veal
1 egg
50g breadcrumbs
1 tsp salt
1 pinch cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
1/2 tsp allspice
1 generous handful of fresh herbs (I used marjoram, rosemary, sage and parsley)
minced or chopped fine

Mix all the ingredients; fry gently in a little oil - do not overcook.
That's it. Serve with a green salad and roast vegetables.
