Humphrey Davy

Drove into Penzance to drop my mum off at the train station with my nan and grandad - had a wander round the town - I think it was perhaps only me that day who even took the time out to look at the marble statue of Humphrey Davy in the centre of town - Davy is according to some the father of electrochemistry - which is an area of science I work in - so a very important man!

Ventured into the sea for the first time - waves OK not great - problem was I decided to walk back to the village after surfing seemed like a good idea at the time but did not bring a change of clothes so had to wear the wet suit up the cliff path and all through the village - hope no one recognised me.
