Red or white?

Sauce, hot tomato or white with or without garlic

sleepy and my body just didnt like to get up this morning
had a quick breakfast with milk and cereals

went to the hospital for a bloodtest
arrived when "the thing" showed No 130
i got 150
thirty minutes later i had an appointment for acupuncture
started to calculate... 20 persons before me..
if.. persons per minute... it...
NO decided to just trust!
(another word for it is time optimism)

it ended up alright
phoned to tell about my delay
and had the sweetest answer "ok, just take it easy"

had a quick lunch at Amadeus
not the cleanest, nor the cosiest
but they have the best kebabs in town!
the only fast food i like
and it feels rather healthy
maybe thats optimism as well ;)
