Anne's Daily Encounters

Lots of mums

Walking around chilly windy Rotterdam we hopped in at the coffeebar Tchechov and that was like coming into a living room where family and friends partied together - we asked if the pub was open to public and it was:) Soon the reason of the party became paramount as their youngest was celebrating his FIRST anniversary. They all made such a nice background to us who just got in for a beverage and a bite - the sounds and livelihood reminded me of one the dutch paintingmasters Jan Steen, who painted with humor such lively indoor family scenes.
The grandmums and the young girl all geared at the thirsty tired and celebrating baby-toddler - the scene invited me to blip them on instant
