Wildflowers

Wood Sorrel

Oxalis acetosella

Wandering through the beautiful, mossy, licheny woods surrounding Loch Tay...many wildflowers starting to show; primroses, wood anemones, violets, Lady's Smock... I tramped up to a hidden mossy bank in the depths of the pine plantation above Firbush, known locally as the Fairy Glen (OK, a bit twee, but it is a magical place, and I suspect may be an outwork of the fortifications of an Iron Age Hillfort!).
