Ive started making bread again.

I go through this every now and then...make it, eat it, make it, eat it...then get fed up.

This though is the best bread recipe I've found in a long time and its dead basic. Its Paul Hollywood's recipe in the Great British Bake Off book. I dont know what makes it so good, but its probably the kneading and teh proportion of ingredients. Whatever it is, its a cracking loaf and much better than the stuff you buy in the shops
