Shock!

Wandering around campus this afternoon and decided to snap a close up of this... odd... statue. Two identical looking men seemed shocked and dismayed to have literally run into each other. I feel there's a story behind this statue but I have no idea what it is.

It is not a statue of Toronto's infamous Ford brothers. It's older than that.
